All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning, or in case of event tickets, at least two business days before the date of the
event, whichever comes first, otherwise prize will be forfeited. Winner must provide a picture ID, upon claiming a prize and sign a
declaration of eligibility. Winner must wait 30 days before being eligible to participate in another station contest. Limit one prize per
household.
Winner will be responsible for any tax liability that may arise as a result of acceptance of a prize. For prizes valued at $600 or more,
a winner will be required to provide his/her social security number and to fill out IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer’s identification
number.) The value of the prize will be reported at the end of the calendar year on IRS Form 1099. The amount reported will reflect
the manufacturer suggested retail price of such prize.
All network listeners participate in network-wide contests for the prize offered. Odds of winning will vary based upon the total number
of entries from each Radio Tricolor, Radio Romántica or Super Estrella market. In acceptance of a prize, winner waives, releases,
and forever discharges any and all claims against Continental Broadcast Group. and its subsidiaries, their representatives, agencies
and affiliated companies for any damages and/or injury, which may occur as a result of such acceptance. Furthermore, in
acceptance of a prize, winner acknowledges that his/her name, voice and likeness may be used by station for promotional purposes,
for a period of one year after the acceptance of the prize without further consideration.
On occasion, station may be conducting a promotion with a separate set of rules which may or may not encompass the preceding.

Contest prizes are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Each winner must be at least 16 years of age and meet
stipulated requirements in order to claim a prize. If winner does not meet the requirements, that individual shall forfeit any right to
receive the prize.
Continental Broadcast Group employees, their immediate family members, station promotional partners, their employees and
immediate family members, and employees of other radio stations are not eligible to participate in station promotions and contests.
Certain age restrictions may apply. Proof of age may be requested upon claiming prize.
